Withdrawal (first payment)
A consumer Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment without giving a reason, by written notice to destek@quicat.com (or the KEP address once one exists), stating the order number or tenant name. The amount is refunded through iyzico to the original card within 14 days of receipt; the bank’s posting time is outside Quicat’s control.
When withdrawal is not available
The Service is performed instantly in electronic form, and the Buyer requests performance before the withdrawal period ends by accepting on the basket page. Therefore: once Brief has joined a meeting of the Buyer’s organizers and produced a summary, or Dispatch has sent an e-mail, withdrawal is not available for the performed part; renewal payments carry no withdrawal right; merchant and legal-entity Buyers have no consumer withdrawal right and refund requests are assessed under the agreement and general law.
Period end and cancellation
The Service is sold in monthly periods and does not renew by itself. The Buyer ends it by not paying again; no pro-rata refund is made for the rest of a period cancelled mid-way. At period end Brief stops joining and Dispatch stops sending; data is deleted after the retention periods in Privacy and KVKK.
Refunds for Service failure
If the Service is unavailable for a period through Quicat’s fault, the Buyer may request a proportional refund or an extension. Outages originating with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services or iyzico, or gaps on the Buyer’s side such as missing administrator consent or transcription switched off, are not covered.
Invoices
An e-invoice is issued for every payment; on refund, a credit document is sent to the declared e-mail address.
