This form informs the Buyer before the order is confirmed, as required by the Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Rights reserved to consumers do not apply where the Buyer is a merchant or legal entity.
1. The services

The services are delivered electronically, bound to the Buyer’s Microsoft 365 tenant. Nothing is shipped.

Prices are per tenant per one-month period and are shown with VAT and total on the basket page before payment. Payment is taken once, by card, through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; Quicat never sees or stores card data. Current prices are published on Pricing; changes apply to later periods only.
3. Performance and duration
Access is granted to the Buyer’s tenant for one month once iyzico confirms the payment. Actual use requires the Buyer’s Microsoft 365 administrator to consent to the Quicat apps and to add the Teams app package to the tenant catalogue; these steps are the Buyer’s under Microsoft’s rules. The period does not renew unless the Buyer pays again.
4. Right of withdrawal
A consumer Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment without giving a reason, by written notice to destek@quicat.com (or the KEP address once one exists); the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Where the Buyer asked for performance to begin before the period ended and Brief has produced a summary or Dispatch has sent e-mail, withdrawal is not available for the performed part (Regulation art. 15). Renewal payments carry no withdrawal right; the Buyer ends the service by not renewing. Details: Cancellation and Refund.
5. Digital content and interoperability
The services work only with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams; Brief needs Teams transcription to be on. Requirements and limits are described on Brief and Dispatch.
6. Complaints and disputes
Complaints go to the channels on Contact. Consumer Buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their residence or of the place of transaction within the monetary limits set yearly by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Validity
This information is valid until the order is confirmed. By ticking the box on the basket page the Buyer confirms having been informed; the time of acceptance and the contract version are stored with the order.
