  1. Scope. These terms govern quicat.com, app.quicat.com and the Brief and Dispatch services; purchases are additionally governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.
  2. Account and tenant. Sign-in is with a Microsoft work or school account. Services are defined per Microsoft 365 tenant; a user acting for a tenant declares authority to represent it. Payment and activation are reserved to tenant admins (Entra Global/Billing Administrator or admins recorded by Quicat).
  3. Limits. Brief joins only meetings of designated organizers, skips subjects tagged [no-brief] or sensitive topics such as interviews, and cannot summarise without Teams transcription. Meeting notes are AI-generated, are not minutes and may contain errors; rely on the transcript for important decisions. Dispatch sends only with the Buyer’s verified from-identity; recipients and content are the Buyer’s responsibility; bulk marketing is not permitted.
  4. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, unsolicited e-mail, infringement of third-party rights or recording of conversations without the required consent. The Buyer must inform meeting participants of Brief’s presence. Attempts to weaken the Service’s security lead to suspension.
  5. Availability and change. Quicat aims for continuous service and announces planned maintenance; it is not responsible for Microsoft or Amazon Web Services outages. Features may evolve; the essential characteristics of a paid plan are not reduced during a period.
  6. Intellectual property and data. Software and marks belong to Quicat; the Buyer’s data (transcripts, notes, e-mail content) belongs to the Buyer and is processed only to provide the Service, then deleted per the retention periods in Privacy and KVKK.
  7. Liability. Quicat’s liability is limited to fault and to the fee paid for the period concerned; no liability for indirect damage. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
  8. Changes and contact. Updated terms are published here and re-acceptance is requested on the basket page. Questions: Contact.
